Primary digital X-ray examination:
- Images, obtained using radio imager, allow to assess the condition of teeth, parodontium and periapical tissues.
- Orthopantomogram is used to assess bone tissue condition, implantation planning, orthodontal treatment, and prosthetics.
- Teleroentgenogram is used for orthodontal treatment analysis and planning.
- Computer tomogram is used for implantation planning, preparatory operation, endodontics, manufacture of diagnostic and surgical stents.

The following laboratory diagnostics data are necessary for surgical dentistry and implantation techniques:
- total blood count
- blood sugar analysis
- DNA-diagnostics of parodontal recesses contect
Bone densitometry: the procedure enables the diagnosis of bone density.
